| Barrel Systems The Infusion Spiral barrel pack is meant to be used in conjunction with a neutral 59 gallon wine barrel and can be inserted through the bung without removing the head. The spirals are incased in a food grade mesh. We also have a special silicone bung available that is tied to the spiral pack with a tab at the bottom that makes the application even easier. The unique spiral shape of our nine inch barrel packs achieve maximum excelerated extraction time. Oak flavor is extracted in six weeks and can be withdrawn sooner for a milder taste. Suggested application is one barrel pack ( six - 9 inch Spirals) per 59 gallon (225 liters) barrel. |
